Fictive image campaign

.Introduction

The image campaign was developed during my education at FH Flensburg as a part of the exam within the subject 'digital image processing'. The requirements for the assignment were to develop a visual communication concept for the brand Fjällräven and present four predefined products in a way that fits the brand through image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop. Lucky as I am, I was allowed to exhibit my work on the yearly internal exhibition at FH Flensburg called “Rundgang” where students show their work made throughout a semester.

.Idea behind

The main idea behind the concept is to visually capture special moments, ideas and thought fragments in an emotional scenery. The use of faces as the main motive and frame for idea fragments is the connection between the person's thoughts and the presented product. Very often our thought processes, associations with special moments or emotions will be triggered through special circumstances: it can be a well known smell from our childhood, a sunny day at a special place or the silence of a snow-covered environment, that reminds us where we come from. This image campaign tries to capture some of those circumstances and thought fragments within several types of people.
